Ed recently earned his Pro Card in Bodybuilding. He also is the creator and author of the Train-4-life program, used by Evolution Lifestyles. This program includes all the steps, and facts you need to know to reach your fitness goals.
Andy Sestito
Trainer
Certification: NPTI 500 hour certification
Experience: 4 Years Training Experience
Andy is a former nationally ranked amateur bodyboarder who has competed in grappling competitions. Andy has also trained in mixed martial arts for 4 years.
Nadja Pierce

Education: Wheaton College, Sorbornne University
Certification: ISSIS
Experience: Director in Catering, Personal training 2 years as a trainer
Nadjia has been a Figure competitor for 3 years NPC-OCB placing 3rd 4th and 5th.
Bret Bondlow
Bret Bondlow has over twenty years experience working with special needs and personal training. He has a BS in Behavioral Science and has been trained in crisis management through NAPPI (non-abusive physical and psychological intervention) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute). He is certified through NASM as a Performance Enhancement Specialist as well as ACE as a personal trainer. He has developed two training programs called Behavioral Fitness Training and Trigger the Trigger Fitness Therapy. These programs have been designed to build a foundation for teaching others professionals how to work with special needs.Bret also holds certifications as a CrossFit Level Certified Kettlebell Instructor, Level 1 Coach for Battling Ropes, Certified as a Postural Alignment Specialist through the Egoscue Method and Gray Cook Functional Movement Screen.
Ben Crisafulli

Experience: Elite Health and Fitness Premiere Athlete Training
Ben chose this field because he enjoys engaging with people day to day and he gets fulfillment from helping other people to better their understanding and awareness of health and fitness. He played on the Marshfield High School Soccer and Hockey team, as well as running track, and continued his hockey career throughout his four years at Bridgewater State.
